Welcome to FITMOM and Baby Classes! We’re excited to host another winter series of classes in Mar/Apr:

We want to encourage all of our members to stay active more than once a week, so we’re including the following with your class pass:

  • Access to our Virtual Studio for Live Streamed classes (click the link for a little preview!). We highly encourage our members to commit to 2-3 workouts/week to help reduce the risk of injury, build stamina and make your in-person experience feel easier! ($100 Value)

  • Enjoy our On-Demand Content library. There are over 80 pre-recorded workouts to choose from. Workout in real time with your favourite FITMOM Coach 🥰 ($40 value)

  • Join our Private FITMOM Community. Ask questions, make connections, get support! (priceless)

FITMOM & Baby: TUESDAYS

GLEBE COMMUNITY CENTRE: Purchase this pass and get 5 in-person FITMOM & Baby classes (Feb 28, Mar 7, 21, 28 and Apr 4 - no class Mar 14) and unlimited access to our virtual, live-streamed 30 minute classes (FITMOM Express, FITWOMAN Express or Yoga Vibe), as well as our Content Library of pre-recorded workout videos!

Your online pass is valid from February 27 - April 30, which means you have access to all of our online experiences for the duration of this period.

FITMOM & Baby: THURSDAYS

GLEBE COMMUNITY CENTRE: Purchase this pass and get 5 in-person FITMOM & Baby classes (Mar 2, 9, 23, 30 and Apr 6 - no class Mar 16) and unlimited access to our virtual, live-streamed 30 minute classes (FITMOM Express, FITWOMAN Express or Yoga Vibe), as well as our Content Library of pre-recorded workout videos!

Your online pass is valid from February 27 - April 30, which means you have access to all of our online experiences for the duration of this period.
