STROLLER STRONG SERIES

Our next series of outdoor Stroller Strong classes will begin July 8th.

This series will be 6 weeks long and will be held on Tuesday mornings at Brewer Park. We are only offering one series a week for the summer. Our fall classes will return on September 16/18 and will include a Tuesday class at Brewer Park and a Thursday class at Hog’s Back Park.

Summer Series passes will go on sale June 11th at 9 am via an email that is only sent to this list. The fall series pass will likely go on sale on August 13th.

Our outdoor Stroller Strong classes have been so popular for the past five seasons, that all of the available spaces were sold out in less than 2 hours each time they’ve gone on sale! (We’ve even added an extra class every once in a while when passes sell out so quickly).

Access to our live, online classes & our on-demand workouts, is included with your pass until the beginning week of the next series.

Our winter in-person classes move indoors to the Glebe Community Centre.


indoor Mama & Baby SERIES

We offer indoor Babywearing Fitness classes at the Glebe Community Centre.

Passes will go on sale 3-4 weeks before the series begins via an email that is only sent to this list, so you’ll want to be sure you’ve got your name on the list!

Our indoor Babywearing Fitness classes are very popular and are usually sold out by the end of the day that they go on sale.

Access to our live, online classes & our on-demand workouts, is included with your pass.


Adding your name to this list guarantees that you’ll get registration information as soon as it becomes available (and along with that, you’ll get a direct link to take you right there without navigating a bunch of webpages!) We’ll be selling our passes only through this list, so if you’re interested in getting a pass, put your name on the list!
