Core health is the foundation of our structural health. Understanding how to restore or even build better core health in your postpartum years will save you a lifetime of problems and help correct and improve conditions like SI Joint disfunction, hernia, back pain and many others physical health challenges that can arise from a poorly functioning core.
This workshop is appropriate for people in early postpartum recovery as well as those who are further along in their postpartum journey. It's recommended for anyone struggling with:
Abdominal seperation

Back pain
Hip pain
