What’s going on at FITmama strong Ottawa?

Today was our last Tuesday Stroller Strong class for the year! We’ve had such an amazing season, especially this fall, where we hardly needed to take cover under the bridge. 

While I would have loved a final class with the sun shining and warm
I don’t get to wear my own “babies” anymore, so I have my own little one that I bring with me to classes so that I can “fit in” with all the other parents in my classes. 

I loved wearing my babies when they were little
This is community at its best! One of our members brought her pumpkin that she’d already cleaned and cut up so that the other mamas could get the cutest photos of their “pumpkins” after class today! 

It was so fun to see all the re
Today was our first day back at Babywearing Fitness! It was great to meet a whole bunch of new to me mamas:) We chatted about our favourite guilty pleasure tv shows and I found a few kindred spirits who love The Gilmore Girls as much as I do!
