Welcome to Fitmama Strong Ottawa! The Stroller season has arrived and we’re offering two outdoor Stroller Strong classes:

  • STROLLER STRONG: Tuesdays @ 10:30 am at Brewer Park (SOLD OUT!)

  • STROLLER STRONG: Thursdays @ 10:30 am at Hog’s Back Park (SOLD OUT!)

  • STROLLER STRONG: Fridays @ 10:30 am at Brewer Park (SOLD OUT!)

Please Note: When you purchase your class pass, it will be exclusive to the TIME and DAY of the program you registered for.

We want to encourage all of our members to stay active more than once a week, so we’re including the following bonus with your class pass:

BONUS:

  • Access to our Virtual Studio for Live, Online Classes. We highly encourage our members to commit to 2-3 workouts/week to help reduce the risk of injury, build stamina and make your in-person experience feel easier! Chose from Express Flow (Yoga), Express Strong (Strength building) or Express Elevate (higher intensity) classes, led by certified pre/postnatal coaches from our Virtual Studio.

  • Access to our On-Demand Content library. There are over 80 pre-recorded workouts to choose from. Workout in real time with your favourite Fitmama Strong Online Coach 🥰

Our Babywearing Fitness Classes will return in 2025 fall.


STroller STRONG: FRIDAYS

BREWER PARK FRIDAYS: Purchase this pass and get 6 in-person Stroller classes (May 16, 23, 30 and June 6, 13 & 20)

This pass includes unlimited access to our virtual, live-streamed 30 minute Express classes (Express FLOW, Express STRONG & Express ELEVATE classes), as well as our On-Demand Library of pre-recorded workout videos! Your online pass is valid from April 23 - July 6, which means you have access to all of our online experiences for this time.

FRIDAYS: $149 + HST


STroller STRONG: TUESDAYS

BREWER PARK TUESDAYS: Purchase this pass and get 6 in-person Stroller classes (May 13, 20, 27 and June 3, 10 & 17)

This pass includes unlimited access to our virtual, live-streamed 30 minute Express classes (Express FLOW, Express STRONG & Express ELEVATE classes), as well as our On-Demand Library of pre-recorded workout videos! Your online pass is valid from April 23 - July 6, which means you have access to all of our online experiences for this time.

TUESDAYS: $149 + HST


STroller STRONG: THURSDAYS

HOG’S BACK PARK THURSDAYS: Purchase this pass and get 6 in-person Stroller classes (May 15, 22, 29 and June 5, 12 and 19)

This pass includes unlimited access to our virtual, live-streamed 30 minute Express classes (Express FLOW, Express STRONG & Express ELEVATE classes), as well as our On-Demand Library of pre-recorded workout videos! Your online pass is valid from April 23 - July 6, which means you have access to all of our online experiences for this time.

Thursdays: $149 + HST


** Occasionally we have cancellations or we add an extra class, if there is enough demand. If you’d like to be added to a waitlist for the Tuesday or Thursday class, or if you’d be interested in a Friday class at 10:30 at Brewer Park, please send an email.


It’s all in the details…

Each class is led by Sue, a certified personal trainer and pre/postnatal fitness specialist. She has been teaching and training pregnant and postpartum people for over 14 years and has trained thousands of women across the National Capital Region, as well as online.

🌳 All Stroller Strong classes are held outdoors all season long. Please consider the weather and dress appropriately. Practice Sun Safety (wear sunscreen, hats and light coloured clothing). Our climate is ever changing and although we will do our best to adapt to the conditions, we can not control the weather and rarely cancel classes due to weather.

⛈ Classes run Rain or Shine. In the event of a thunder or lightning classes may be cancelled and rescheduled. If the class is cancelled, we will cancel it on our Punchpass schedule first and then send an email to the class list. We consider other conditions, such as air quality and humidity, on a one-off basis, using guidance from the city and other health professionals. We recognize that members might have different tolerances for some of these and we encourage you to make decisions that are best for you and your little one.

‼️ Refunds must be requested prior to May 12th, 2025, after that all sales are final. All refunds are subject to a $25 + HST admin fee.

☔️ In the event or Rain, we will used the covered area at each of our locations.

💪🏾 Classes are appropriate for all stages of postpartum recovery and athleticism. Younger babies may have to have their needs tended to more than older babies. You are absolutely encouraged to tend to your babies needs for their comfort and yours. We encourage you to feed your baby prior to class, but we recognize that not all babies follow our clock, so we will help make sure you’re both comfortable.

👟Please wear appropriate clothing for outdoor fitness (running shoes/training shoes are a MUST). You will not be able to participate if you do not have the appropriate footwear (no flip-flops/sandals or heeled boots)

🗓 Missed class policy: Unused/Missed classes are at the sole discretion of the participant. Missed classes are non-refundable and we can not accommodate extending the session. Our Live, Online classes and our On Demand Content Library are included in your pass and are a great way to stay active when your schedule changes. We know how unpredictable life can be with a baby/toddler, which is why we include access to our virtual studios. Due to the nature of how the class is structured we do not have the ability to switch people in/out of the series they have registered for.

👶🏽 Sue loves baby cuddles and will gladly hold your baby any time you need, since her kids are no longer babies:)
